Her experience in agency loan analysis, risk assessment, and transaction execution strengthens Birdsey’s ability to evaluate complex opportunities and provide clients with informed, disciplined insight.
Samantha brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience. She began her career at Arbor Realty Trust in 2011, where she spent nine years advancing through the organization to become Deputy Chief Underwriter.
In 2020, Samantha founded an independent consulting firm specializing in multifamily agency loan underwriting. In that role, she provided underwriting expertise to leading institutions and lenders across the industry, further expanding her perspective across transactions, credit considerations, and agency requirements.
Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
